After-School Sports
Pupils are fortunate to be able to avail of a range of after-school sports in St. John’s. After-school sports cater for pupils from 3rd to 6th class. Training takes place on the school grounds from 2.40-3.30 p.m. on select days. We are very grateful to school staff who give of their time to coach sports teams after school in St. John’s.
We offer the following after-school sports activities in our school:
- Volleyball: 5th & 6th
- Basketball: 4th, 5th, 6th
- Soccer: 5th & 6th
- Indoor Athletics: 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th
- Athletics-Track & Field: 1st -6th classes
After-school Clubs
Various classes are offered the opportunity to join after-school clubs on a 4-6 week basis. The clubs are run in our school by school staff.
Clubs are offered to different classes on rotation.
Such clubs include: Lego, Board Games, Homework Club.
